The breakfast here is top-notch, with a talented chef cooking hot food, and the service is very welcoming.

Had a quite comfortable stay here. Nicely decorated fairly clean hotel and staff was really helpful and fairly friendly. The breakfasts were always excellent with a chef frying the hot food. The team provided a good service. Location: the property was close enough to restaurants, shopping area, and tram/metro from Renfe Train station. There was Mi Pizza Artesana nearby to grab something to eat.

The hotel is nicely decorated and the location is excellent, right next to the tram/metro station and surrounded by bars and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent with a chef preparing hot food.- The room was spacious with two single beds, and the staff were welcoming.- Check-in was easy and the atmosphere was quiet.- There was the option to leave my car nearby.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a good location near the university. The hotel was nicely decorated and clean, and the staff were friendly. The room was spacious and had a kettle, which was a nice touch. I also appreciated the nearby parking lot and the fact that there were options for lactose-free and soy-based food at breakfast. It was a great value for money, especially considering the convenient bus and metro stations right in front of the hotel.

A) Clean hotel.. B) Very friendly staff.. C) Good location, especially if you go by car because it has an agreement with a parking lot located near the hotel. The center is close by giving you a ten-fifteen minute walk. You also have supermarkets and pizzerias, cafeterias and bars in the same street. D) Comfortable beds, not the sofa-bed. E) Breakfast is very correct.
The thing I liked the least:. A) My daughter's bed was noisy. I mean, during the night any movement of my daughter produced an annoying spring noise.. B) The window of the bathroom that overlooked an interior patio, lacked a waterproof glass. It was more a kind of Venetian blind made of sections of glass, which you could close together, but in the face of the cold the system was very ineffective. Also, the smells of tenants smoking in the courtyard would come through that window. . C) Acoustic insulation, somewhat deficient. Tenants from other rooms can be heard, which is annoying at certain times.

Centrally located hotel and proper facilities
We called by phone before booking the hotel (one day before our arrival) to make sure that both breakfast and dinner were buffet, to avoid surprises afterwards or to choose another hotel. After confirming it to us repeatedly we booked. On arrival we are informed that the buffet may be closed for dinner the next day. So normal, without any apology or the least appearance of bothering you to give us that news. We replied and only thing they repeated was that it was not safe and that we were making a problem out of nothing. next morning we would be confirmed. next day nobody bothered to inform us of anything and at dinner time the buffet was closed. We ordered the menu sheet to find out what was on it and although it was barely to our liking we had to stick to the one dish we could like as we were too hungry to start looking for a restaurant. Dinner, they kept sucking up to my guy. They asked us to allow them to invite us to coffee, they brought us Himalayan salts and other paraphernalia to try to cover up the hired service they didn't give us. Despite the fact that the reservation was in my name and paid for by me, guy from the restaurant only greeted my partner and made sure that he was well taken care of during the stay. We noticed that as other customers arrived, they were not offered the same as us, if they did not see what they had taken from us for free they would not take it away. If they had noticed then yes. It's a shame that the quality of the buffet is so low and poor in terms of variety, that they don't inform the client correctly when he asks for something very concrete and try to make money through deception and of course the arrogance of the girls at the reception desk who, despite being a mistake, treat you and tell you to your face that you are making a foolish drama when they are not giving you what you have paid for.

The room was huge and quiet, offering a laptop-size safe, an electronic key card, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The location is perfect, with a funeral chapel just a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Situated in a bustling shopping area with easy access to buses and the metro, as well as various bars, restaurants, and cafes. A great comfortable base for my business trip to Granada.

Hotel was in a nice centrally located area. Took us 20 minutes to walk to city center. Good value for money. We had a triple room and this was quite big. There is a super market ajoining the hotel. The staff was very friently and helpful. Everybody spoke English. We would like to come back to Hotel Rally again. There is a big shopping mall about 500 meters away.
There is road construction in front of the hotel and the tour drivers could not stop the vehicle in front to pick us up.
